This deep-dive, follow-up workshop led by national diversity expert Dr. Bryant T. Marks will go into more detail about how individuals can change their personal and organizational behaviors and practices. Dr. Marks’ engaging and interactive workshop will provide a detailed description and examples of how to implement the five promising practices for managing/reducing personal bias that were introduced in the previous training. He will also provide best practices toward bias mitigation and management during the four key phases of the employee life cycle: hiring, talent development, promotion, and exit. The audience will be able to ask questions, weigh the pros and cons of various suggestions, and outline a plan of action.
